Do you have 15 minutes to read with your child? Research shows that fluent readers have much stronger comprehension and retention of what they read, so fluency is a key reading skill that we
want young readers to develop during their elementary school years.
MHS is offering a parent workshop to share a research-based method that will dramatically improve a child’s reading fluency in 30 days! Workshop conducted by our own intervention specialist, Mrs. Bishop.
All parents of 1st - 5th graders are welcome! Mrs. Bishop will share with you a well-researched method to build your child's skill set in building this foundational skill.
