Zodiac Animals for Movers / Author Visit

On Thursday, February 19, our TK/K and SELPA/SDC students will have a visit from Peggy Nguyễn-Griffin, author of Zodiac Animals for Movers.

Zodiac Animals for Movers is a children’s book inviting readers to embody the gifts of each zodiac friend through movement-based concepts and dynamic illustrations.

Students will interact with Nguyễn-Griffin’s reimagining of the Vietnamese and Chinese Lunar calendar by celebrating the creative expression of 12 animals and our collective power to move as one.

All MHS families can purchase a book at Vroman’s bookstore or Octavia’s Bookshelf (both in Pasadena) or preorder online (20% off promotion) at www.nguyengriffincreatives.com by February 15 and put MHS as the delivery address. Books will be brought to MHS on February 19, for pick-up.
