We are thrilled to invite all K-12 students in your districts to participate in the 2026 “Nourish to Flourish” Contest, presented by the Southern California School Nutrition Association (SCSNA). This year’s theme, “Celebrating our Berry Sweet School Nutrition Champions,” shining a spotlight on the incredible contributions of school nutrition professionals in nourishing health, well-being, and success of students.
Why Participate?
In California, school nutrition professionals serve over 4 million children daily and prepare more than 750 million lunches each year. But their impact goes far beyond the cafeteria. They help create a welcoming, supportive environment where students feel nourished, valued, and ready to thrive. Let’s take this opportunity to honor their dedication and important role nutrition plays in building brighter futures for our children.
