Who is eligible?
Any individual or group that has demonstrated outstanding service to the MHS students and community during the 2024-2025 school year. Volunteers, caretakers, teachers, & administrative staff are all eligible!
What is the nomination deadline?
April 27. You may submit more than one nomination form. All nominations will be reviewed by the MHS PTA’s HSA Nomination Committee.
When will the awardees be honored?
The awardees will be announced and honored on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
