Winter Sing Silent Auction

Save the dates!  On Tuesday, December 16, the 1st & 2nd grades will perform 2 shows together.  On Wednesday, December 17, the 3rd-5th graders will perform 2 shows together.  Due to seating capacity limits of the MPR, each class is assigned a performance time (see graphic) to help us manage the number of attendees per show.

As part of our fundraising efforts, we are auctioning off a VIP parking spot and 2 pairs of VIP seats for each show. The silent auction will run until November 10 at 7:00 p.m.

Important Notes Discussed at the GA Meeting:

• This is a homemade system. It will glitch if everyone jams the system at the same time.

• Please put in your highest bid early, so that your best and final offer can be received without panic.  

• The auction closes at 7PM, bids received after that time will not be accepted even if the system registers the bid. We will be looking at the time stamp of the bid.

• In the event of a tie at 7PM, the winner will be the person whose bid was received first.

TK & Kindergarten families will receive information about their class’s performances directly from their teachers in December.
