Musical Theatre is Back at SPMS! Production by San Gabriel Valley Music Theatre (SGVMT). This vocational style program will teach and strengthen each student’s fundamentals for performing in musical theater with coaching in singing, acting, dance, character development, and text analysis. This program culminates with students performing in a public performance of Broadway style musical. Show “Footloose”. This course is great for all students with an interest in performing in music theatre.

Key dates (proposed):

Actor Stream – Start date Monday, January 22 – Sunday, April 28.

Rehearsals Mon 2:45-5:15pm, Wed & Fri 3-5:30pm @SPMS

Costumes Crew starts February. Stage Crew starts March.

Dress Rehearsal week – Expect Rehearsals Monday-Friday & slightly longer hours.

Performances:

Bomont cast: Thurs., April 25 @7pm & Saturday, April 27 @2pm.

Chicago cast: Sat., April 27 @7pm & Sunday, April 28 @2pm.
