In order for you to be approved as a parent driver you will need to do the following:
- Complete & Sign the attached the CALL FOR DRIVERS FORM.
- Attach a copy of your current Drivers License.
- Attach a copy of your insurance declaration page from your current auto insurance. It needs to include the insurance coverage details and must be dated within the past 6 months to 1 year.
- NOTE: You must have a minimum of $100,000 of current liability insurance or you will not be approved as a driver.
Please turn in all forms, together, to the office.
Please note, once a driver is approved by the State of CA, you may be a Parent Volunteer Driver for 6 months. You will need to apply again after 6 months.
